 I was born in North Carolina and have lived in Florida for 20 years. After visiting Port Orange for more than 9 years, my family decided to call Port Orange home. My wife is a local photographer and we have a 12 year old daughter, a 9 year old son, and a 6 year old baby girl. This is my 11th year in Real Estate and what a great time to be in real estate. The first five years with Exit Realty of Daytona where very tough,due to the market collapse.  My tenacity and drive kept me going in this challenging market along with support from family and friends. With 45 closings last year, the market has definitely made a turn for the better. I truly enjoy my job. Being able to help people sell or buy the biggest investment in their lives is a big deal. I was awarded 2009 Top Agent for my office 2015 & 2017 top agent. I work from Ormond Beach to New Smyrna Beach.  I am REALTOR® who belongs to the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Certified in SFS(short sale and foreclosures). I think after we meet , you'll agree, there's not many dedicated Realtors like me. I work until the last detail is done. I am professional, prompt, always available, and ready to help you find a first home or a great investment. Before a Realtor, I spent 14 years with a Fortune 50 company; starting when I was 18 and working my way up to store manager at age 26. I moved close to ten times to benefit the company and help them grow. As store manager, I managed over 200 employees and did annual sales volume of 60 million in metro market areas. I still use all the great customer service skills, time management and professionalism I learned there. I also have a degree in Criminal Justice.
