In February, one out of 449 homes in Daytona Beach were in foreclosure, in March the numbers improved slightly with one out of 463 Daytona Beach area homes were in foreclosure. Yes, and and increase of 320 filings in March compared to 281 in February. One thing is certain, maybe people are able to save their homes as the number of scheduled home auctions has decreased in March vs. February. The good news is foreclosure activity in Volusia County has dropped 67% compared to last year!
